Kalmunai Divisional Secretary J. Liyakath Ali assumed his duties today (01) at the Kalmunai Divisional Secretariat.
He had been the Divisional Secretary of Adalaichenai and will be the Divisional Secretary of Kalmunai from today. The appointment was made by the Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Provincial Councils, Public Services.
Mr. J. Liyakath Ali of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service First Class has served as the Assistant Divisional Secretary in the Karaitivu and Sammanthurai Divisional Secretariats, the Divisional Secretary in the Oddamavadi and Adalaichenai Divisional Secretariats and the Commissioner in the Kalmunai Municipal Council.
Irakkamam Divisional Secretary M.M Nazeer, Assistant Director of Planning M.Jaufer, Administrative Officer M.N.M Ramzan, Samurdhi Headquarters Manager A.R.M. Salih, Additional District Registrar M.T.M Kaleel, Administrative Grama Niladhari UL Badiruddin, Divisional Coordinating Officer K.L Yaseen Bawa were present on the occasion along with many divisional secretariat officers.
