Step 01: Take a print out of the application form and fill it out.
Step 02: Submit the duly filled application form to divisional secretariat along with approval of your GN and PHI officers.
Step 03: Receive your Travel Pass at divisional secretariat. It will be valid only for the period mentioned on the document.
